By accessing and using the LionHEART website lionheartapparel.co.uk and placing orders for our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LionHEART, a UK-based company registered at 33 The Valls, Bradley Stoke Bristol, BS32 8AW.

LionHEART  is a print-on-demand (POD) clothing and lifestyle brand specializing in ethically sourced, eco-friendly apparel that celebrates UK heritage and unity. Our products are manufactured only after orders are placed through our fulfillment partners: Printify, Gelato, and Printful.

3. Product Information and Availability

3.1 Product Descriptions
All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that:

• Colors displayed on your device exactly match actual products

• Product dimensions are precise to the millimeter

• Fabric textures appear identical to physical products

3.2 Print-on-Demand Model
Important: All LionHEART products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology. This means:

• Products are manufactured only after order confirmation

• No inventory is held in stock

• Each item is individually printed and shipped

• Production times may vary based on complexity and demand

3.3 Product Availability
Product availability is subject to:

• Fulfillment partner capacity and materials

• Seasonal demand fluctuations

• Technical production capabilities

• Geographic shipping restrictions

We reserve the right to discontinue products or refuse orders at our discretion.

 

4. Ordering Process

4.1 Placing Orders
To place an order, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Have a valid payment method

• Accept these Terms & Conditions

4.2 Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed when:

• Payment is successfully processed

• Order confirmation email is sent

• Production request is submitted to fulfillment partners

4.3 Order Modifications and Cancellations
Due to our POD model, order modifications are extremely limited:

• Before production: Contact us within 2 hours of ordering

• During production: Modifications not possible

• After shipping: Changes not possible; return process applies

 

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable VAT where required. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are honored at the price shown during checkout.

5.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

• PayPal

• Apple Pay and Google Pay

• Shop Pay and other digital wallets

5.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other certified processors. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

 

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Production and Shipping Timeframes
Production Time: 3–7 business days (varies by product complexity)
Shipping Time:

• UK: 2–5 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• North America: 7–14 business days

• Rest of World: 10–21 business days

6.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination country and region

• Package weight and dimensions

• Selected shipping method

• Current postal rates

6.3 Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by customs processing

• Incorrect addresses provided by customers

• Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

• Force majeure events affecting shipping carriers

6.4 Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided when available from our fulfillment partners. Not all shipping methods include tracking.

 

7. Returns and Refunds

7.2 Non-Returnable Items
Due to our custom POD model, we cannot accept returns for:

• Minor color variations from screen displays

• Custom or personalized items (unless defective)

7.3 Return Process
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to initiate returns. Approved returns include prepaid return labels for UK customers.

 

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Lionheart-Origin Ownership
All content on our website and our product designs are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

• LionHEART brand name and logo

• Product designs and artwork

• Website content and layout

• Photography and graphics

8.2 Prohibited Use
You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our designs

• Use our trademarks or brand elements

• Create derivative works based on our content

• Sell or redistribute our intellectual property

8.3 Customer Content
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant LionHEART a non-exclusive license to use this content for marketing and promotional purposes.

 

9. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activities that occur under your account

• Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access

• Claims made within 12 months of the incident

• Minor variations in print quality inherent to POD processes

• Compatibility issues with third-party services

• Loss of profits or business interruption

10.3 Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection laws.

 

11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Pandemics and health emergencies

• Government restrictions and regulations

• Supplier or fulfillment partner disruptions

• Transportation and logistics interruptions

 

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except where you have statutory rights to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.
